Reservation Policies:

  • Full payment required at the time you make your reservation.
  • We recommend you reserve your BC Ferry as soon as you have paid for your membership.
  • If you are not going to be able to arrive at True Glamping Club on the first day of your reservation day, and you still wish to retain your reservation, you must email or phone or text or WeChat True Glamping Club customer service, we will try to rearrange activities to accommodate your late arrival.
  • A designated member is responsible for any damages or loss items during the visit by his/her group. A security and damage deposit is required, a pre-authorization of $500 will be processed at check-in and will be refunded if there are damages at the end of the member's trip.
  • All reservation must be guaranteed by credit card for damages, extra cleaning, and lost items. If there is no damage or extra cleaning, we will refund the deposit and dispose the credit card info.
  • When you arrive at True Glamping Club, you and your family/friends need to sign the waiver, medical card info, and a photocopy of your ID.
  • Extra charges will be added for excessive cleaning (exceeding 1.5 hrs.). A minimum of $500 will be charged for smoking in prohibited areas.
  • We accept email transfer (EMT), Visa, Mastercard, WeChat pay and Alipay.
  • Unless full payment is received, special offer and/or pricing is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policies:

  • For reservations changes with more than 30 days notice, we will give you a full credit for a future booking with us, subject to certain restrictions and a cancellation fee stated below.
  • For reservations may not be changed with less than 30 days, no credit will be given.
  • There will be no refund for anyone evicted (termination of membership by the club) due to violation(s) of club rule(s).
  • There will be no refund for days lost through early departure or late arrival.
  • All changes or membership transfers are subject to a $50.00 service charge.
  • All credits are valid for one year from the day of your original booking.
  • If you booked a trip in "low-season", you can rebook a trip in "peak-season" by paying the price difference.
  • If you booked a trip in "peak-season", you can rebook a trip in "low-season", however you will not receive a refund for the price difference.
  • Certain activities are subject to weather, wind, wave conditions, and age of participants. Unless full payment is received, pricing is subject to change without notice.

The above Rules & Regulations are set up to enable all members to enjoy safe and wonderful adventure. Unless otherwise specified, violations of the above rules and regulations will result in fines, or immediate termination of membership and eviction from our club facilities. Should this happen no refunds will be issued. The property is privately owned, while visiting us you are responsible for abiding by all the rules and regulations. All fines collected will be donated to a charitable organization based in Vancouver Island at the end of each calendar year. Under no circumstances will True Glamping be liable for any loss or damage to any of our guest’s personal property, including their vehicles, jewelry, personal effects or any other valuables including currency, and/or personal injury. All guests are require to all sign on RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and agree to sign on the “Waiver” upon on the arrival day. This set of rules and regulations shall be incorporated as part of your contract.
