Terms and Conditions

General Rules and Regulations:

  • Only club members who have reservation can attend the club facilities. We cannot accept last minute drop in except for the members listed on your reservation.
  • Unused provisional membership can be transferred to others with advanced one working day, 24hr written notice and approval by the club.
  • Maximum 6 people per reservation. The club reserves to relax the maximum limit for reservations with a mixed number of adults and children.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOOR OR OUTDOOR. Smoking (including vaping, cigarette, and marijuana) are prohibited on all parts of the club area, marina, parking area, trails, beaches and boats. Violation of these rule will result an immediate cancellation of membership and eviction from club properties.
  • Membership starting time on first day at 2:00 pm. Early arrival will not be permitted unless approved in advance and shall be at the sole discretion of True Glamping customer service.
  • Membership ends at 11:00 am on the last day of your reservation. You are welcome to use the free secured parking until 2:00pm. End time is strictly enforced if there are events planned for the second half of the day.
  • A full day membership will be charged to unauthorized late departure. Please be courteous to arriving members and plan your trip accordingly.
  • All garbage shall be properly wrapped/bagged and deposited into outside garbage containers.
  • Please conserve water. We encourage recycling of cans and bottles.
  • A designated member shall assume full responsibility for his/her family or guest's conduct and agrees to be held jointly and severally liable for all consequences of his/her family or guest's actions or misconduct.
  • A designated member is responsible to ensure that his/her family or guests understand and follow all rules of True Glamping Club and is responsible for penalty resulting from violation of the rule(s) by his/her family or guests.
  • Any damaged or lost items (i.e. remote controls, pillows, towels, dishes & cutleries) will be assessed and charged to designated member accordingly.
  • Members shall not make or allow any disturbing noises or loud music on the club premises, common area, marina, with particular emphasis between the hours of 9:30pm and 8:00am, either by the member or his/her family or guest, nor shall members permit such persons to engage in any conduct which will interfere with the rights, comforts, or convenience of others. The activities and conduct of members and/or members' family while on marina premises must be reasonable at all times.
  • Disorderly conducts by a member or his/her family or guests, agents and/or employees that might injure a person, disturb other members, cause damage to the club facilities, marina or the harbour or harm the reputation of True Glamping Club shall be just cause for immediate termination of the person's membership.
  • Members shall not argue or reprimand the True Glamping Club workers or employees and should make all complaints in writing to True Glamping Club at 3010 Ingram Rd, GLAMPING @ VANCOUVER ISLAND,BC V9X 1W8 or via email to trueglamping@gmail.com.
  • True Glamping Club employees must be treated with courtesy. True Glamping Club employees owe no duty to perform services for individual member. True Glamping Club employees' duties include reminding members of rules violation and to report such violation.
  • Rules may be modified from time to time. True Glamping Club shall have the sole and absolute discretion to modify implementation and/or enforcement of all rules, regulations, fees, and eligibility criteria, up to and including suspension of enforcement.
  • If a dispute arises with respect with the interpretation of the above rules, the True Glamping Club manager, and ultimately, True Glamping Club shall have the authority to determine the interpretation. True Glamping Club shall act reasonably in all such interpretation(s).

Safety Rules:

  • By attending events at the club facilities, all members, the children, and guests shall do so at their own risks and True Glamping Club and its partners shall not be responsible for any injury or losses suffered by any members and/or their guests. All members agree to sign the waiver form provided to waive any and all claims for personal injuries and loss of personal items resulting from the member's visit or activities at the club facilities. Parents shall sign the waiver on behave of any children under 19.
  • Absolutely no running, cycling, skateboarding, hover-board, rollerblading, and operation of unauthorized motorized vehicles on the docks, and other club areas.
  • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. All Children under 16 and non-swimmer must wear life jackets while on the dock and boat at all times. Everyone must wear a life jacket while on a boat of participation water related activities.
  • Members of True Glamping Club, their family and guests shall promptly notify True Glamping Club receptionists of any unsafe or hazardous situations.
  • True Glamping Club - Boat Harbour Marina facilities are protected with security gates that utilize a key fob system as well as video cameras. Never give your key fob to someone else, it is registered to you. Do not prop-open gate or allow non-key fob holders into the marina. If you lose your key fob, please notify the True Glamping Club employees as soon as possible.

Parking Rules:

  • You and your family or guests' vehicles can only park at designated places.
  • You agree that usage of True Glamping Club parking lot and marina facilities shall be at your own risk. True Glamping Club is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle or property or person. You are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of your guests.
  • All vehicles shall be in good working condition and the vehicle owner is responsible for any damage caused by the vehicle including but not limited to oil leaks, collision with Boat Harbour Marina property or other parked vehicles.
  • Car exiting the parking lot has right of way. All damages to parked vehicles, Boat Harbour Marina property, or oil leak must be reported to the True Glamping Club manager immediately but in no event, more than 24 hours after the incident. The entrance and exit are separate, DO NOT use the entrance as an exit unless directed to do so by the True Glamping Club receptionist.
  • Do not allow unauthorized persons to access and use the parking lot. Wait until gate is fully closed before proceeding. Please report any incident or suspicious activity to the True Glamping Club manager ASAP at 778-822-2288 or dial 911.
  • The marina and the parking lot have multiple surveillance cameras installed. By agreeing to park your vehicle at the club facilities or at the Marina, you agree that all recordings are the property of True Glamping Club. True Glamping Club shall be entitled to use or share recordings with Police, ICBC or Government agencies to assist in their investigation(s) of an accident or crime and to also use the footage for rule infraction(s) review. For privacy protection, members have no right to demand production of any recordings from True Glamping Club without a court order. True Glamping Club may charge a reasonable fee for compliance with such order.
  • Unless a rule has a specific fine stated, violation of the above rules may result in fine of $100 per occurrence. Repeat violation may result in cancellation of parking privilege.
